ARTISTIC SESSION OPTIONS
Fine Art Portraiture Experience - $3,500
This investment covers consultation and session time to create at least two unique looks. Investment increases when rental rates for locations and equipment are required. A deposit of $500 is required when booking, with the balance paid in full before products are ordered.
• Investment includes one (1) non-framed printed image on canvas or metal (acrylic upgrade available) up to 24 x 36 inches, two (2) 11 x 14 prints, four (4) digital images for social media sites, and a digital eBook.
• Alternative image media (acrylic, metal, canvas, etc.), additional images (print and digital), and display media (albums, acrylic blocks, boxed prints, digital albums, etc.) are available for an additional amount.
Artistic Female Portraiture Experience - $2,000
This investment covers consultation and session time to create at least two unique looks. Investment increases when rental rates for locations and equipment are required. A deposit of $500 is required when booking, with the balance paid in full before products are ordered.
• Investment includes one (1) 16 x 24 printed image, two (2) 8 x 10 prints, and four (4) digital images for social media sites.
• Upgrading the size and/or image media of the included image along with additional images (print and digital) and display media (albums, acrylic blocks, boxed prints, digital albums, etc.) is available for an additional amount.
"Do It for You" Boudoir - $350 - $500
These empowering Boudoir sessions are scheduled for 2 - 3 hours and include up to four outfits. Clients can receive a $250 product voucher to apply to their product purchase when adding Bodyscapes or Artistic Nudes to their shoot. Investment may increase due to travel, location rental rates, and equipment.
• Investment covers consultation, session time with up to four (4) outfit changes, and product consultation.
• Products available for purchase include albums, prints, wall art, and more.
PORTRAIT SESSION OPTIONS
Portrait Session - $500
Portrait sessions are scheduled for 2 - 3 hours based on the number of outfit changes. Investment may increase due to travel, location rental rates, and equipment. A deposit of $250 is required when booking, with the balance paid in full 14 days before the scheduled date.
• Investment covers consultation and session time with up to four (4) outfit changes and four (4) basic retouched digital images for social media.
• Additional digital images, printed photographs, and display media will be available for purchase separately.
Couples Portrait Session - $350
Couple Portrait sessions are scheduled for 1 - 2 hours. Investment may increase due to travel, location rental rates, and equipment. Investment is due at the time of booking.
• Investment covers session time and two (2) basic retouched digital images for social media platforms.
• Additional digital images and printed photographs from the session will be available for purchase separately.
Environmental Portrait Session - $350 plus travel*
Environmental Portrait sessions are scheduled for 1 - 2 hours. A deposit of $350 is due at the time of booking. The travel balance, if applicable, must be paid in full before the image is released to the client.
• This investment covers session time and includes one (1) basic retouched digital image for social media platforms.
• Additional digital images and printed photographs from the session will be available for purchase separately.

BUSINESS SESSION OPTIONS
Individual Headshot Session - $350
Individual Headshot sessions are scheduled for up to one (1) hour. Investment may increase due to travel, location rental rates, and equipment. Investment is due at the time of booking.
• The base investment covers session time and includes three (3) basic retouched digital images for social media platforms.
• Additional digital images and printed photographs from the session will be available for purchase separately.
Corporate Headshot Session - TBD
Corporate headshot sessions are custom designed around the desired use of the images, location, desired retouching, and the number of employees to be photographed. Therefore, please provide all details for the project (who, what, when, where, how) when placing inquiries.
Advertising/Product Session - TBD
Advertising and Product sessions are charged on a day rate plus materials basis. Therefore, please provide all details for the project (who, what, when, where, how) when placing inquiries. Licensing and usage agreement for the image or images is additional.
VIDEO OPTIONS
Video Production
All video production and editing will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, please provide all details for the project (who, what, when, where, how) when placing inquiries.

INVESTMENT INFORMATION
All rates listed are subject to change at any time. Once a session has been booked, the rate for that session will be locked in for that date. However, should the session need to be moved, the rate may be adjusted from the old rate.
NOTICE: Showing up intoxicated or under the influence of any drug, legal or otherwise, may result in the cancellation and forfeiture of the session rate. Escorts that accompany clients will be able to watch the session. Escorts deemed disruptive to the session will result in the session being canceled and forfeiture of the session rate.
Clients will be required to sign a contract before any images are taken.
***MAKEUP AND HAIR NOTICE:***
CAPTURED LIGHT STUDIOS, LLC CAN NOT PROVIDE ANY MAKEUP OR HAIR STYLING SERVICES DUE TO OHIO LAW REQUIRING INDIVIDUALS PERFORMING THESE SERVICES TO BE LICENSED AND BOARD CERTIFIED. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT TO HAVE ANY MAKEUP AND HAIR STYLING PERFORMED BEFORE THEIR SESSION BEGINS. PLEASE CHECK WITH US FOR MAKEUP ARTIST AND HAIR STYLIST RECOMMENDATIONS IF THESE SERVICES ARE DESIRED.
BOOKING POLICY
A client will not be considered booked by Captured Light Studios, LLC. until the appropriate session/sitting investment has been paid, reserving that date and time for the client.
CANCELLATION / REBOOKING POLICY
We understand that life can sometimes get in the way of living for various reasons. Therefore, while we will do our best to work with clients, clients must realize that booking the time initially reserved for them with another client is impossible on short notice. The information below outlines our Cancellation and Rebooking Policy.
Clients that cancel more than 30 days before the session date are eligible for a full refund of their paid session investment.
Clients that cancel 14- to 29 days before the session can use their investment to rebook it, provided it is rebooked within a 90-day timeframe from the original date. If the client cannot rebook within the 90-day timeframe, a refund of 50% of the investment will be given. Note that if a location, props, or equipment is being rented for the shoot, the client is responsible for any fees the rental companies charge for the cancellation, regardless if the client rebooks for a later date.
For clients that cancel less than 14 days before the scheduled session date, a rebooking fee of 50% of the session investment will be charged, provided the client can rebook the session within the following 90 days. If the client cannot rebook their session within the 90-day timeframe, 100% of the investment will be forfeited. Additionally, when renting a location, props, or equipment, the client will be responsible for any additional fees charged by the rental companies.

* TRAVEL POLICY
Captured Light Studios, LLC. is willing to travel in many cases. This could be to a rented location or the client's home. Travel is billed separately at the flat rate of $50 for up to 20 miles, $75 for up to 30 miles, and $100 for up to 40 miles from the studio. Charges for distances over 40 miles or those requiring out of state travel and accommodations will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
